From 1995 to 2000 every Saturday free treatment was given to the deprived people at Sri Gnanparanjothi Thavalayam, Yethapur in Salem district Tamilnadu, which is the place of his Gurubiran Gnanaparanjothi residing. During this period many villagers and poor people got quality life through his free medical camp.

His services were extended to Colombo in Sri Lanka where he treated the disciples of Swami Vithamma. He also served the teachers at in Sri Lanka which has been appreciated very much among the teaching fraternity.

INVENTOR Prof Dr. AATHI JOTHI BABU has visited The Christian Mission trust of Gypsy mission on request of the Pastor James who was the treasurer of the trust then. The trust was doing welfare measures for the orphan and tribal children. All the children who are all stayed in their hostels at Salem-Udayapatti, Dharmapuri-Pappireddypatti, Chennai-Harbor, Trichy- Manapparai, Villupuram-Arakandanalur, Pondicherry -Vannarapettai, Madurai-Vadipatti were given free The Panchaboodha Treatment every month which helped them to overcome their ailments due to less immunity and/or hereditary. Around 500 children were benefited in two years.
In 2001, free medical camp was conducted for SAIL (Steel Authority of India Limited) employees of Salem Steel Plant, Salem. More than 100 employees of all cadres got benefited. The wife of Chief Doctor Salem Steel Plant who was diagnosed as psychosomatic, was diagnosed as having real ailment and was treated successfully to help her live normally without medicine.

Thiru.Manivannan IAS, President and V.C. Perumal, Vice president & former Additional Director General of Police, of Towers Club, Annanagar, Chennai organized a free Panchaboodha Medical Camp on 30.06.2002 for the members of their club. More than 100 members of the camp have benefited from THE PANCHABOODHA TREATMENT.

Advocate Thiru Jeevaratnam, the then President of the Towers Club, organized a free Panchaboodha Medical Camp for the members of the Towers Club in 2016. More than 150 members have benefited from Panchaboodha treatment at this camp. Nearly 100 diabetes patients were addressed during this camp.

During the year 2002, The Home ministry of the Government of Tamil Nadu (Prisons) and the Additional Prisons Headquarters of the Government of Tamil Nadu recognized him and permit him to administer Panchaboodha treatment along with Kundalini meditation to the inmate of the central prison and the women jail Salem, After the interview with then DIG Esra, twice in the years 2002 and 2003, under the supervision of then Central jail Superintendent Mr. Balan Alagiri, the inmates were treated and were taught yoga and meditation. In the year 2004 once again the free camp was conducted to the prisoners under the supervision of Mr. Thurairaj, who was the Superintendent in charge then. Around 300 inmates of both Central and additional jails along with women prison of Salem got benefited for various health issues.
On the occasion of the birthday of his guru Gurubiran Gnanaparanjothi, a free Panchaboodha Medical Camp was organized on Monday 25.10.2010 at the Municipal Community Hall in Yethapur, Salem District. Hon'ble Minister of Agriculture, Government of Tamil Nadu S. Veerapandi S. Arumugam was the Chief Guest of the free The Panchaboodha Treatment camp. Gnanavalal Paranjothi Mahan's portrait was unveiled by Salem District Collector Mr. J. Chandrakumar I.A.S., Venerable Salem Mayor Mrs. J. Rekha Priyadarshini inaugurated the function by lighting the Kuthuvillakku. Thiru. C. Tamilchelvan, M.L.A (Yercaud Assembly), Thiru. S.R.Sivalingam, former M.L.A, S.T.Rajan, Deputy Superintendent Police, Valappadi, T. Malarkodi Thangaraj, President, Yethapur Panchayat and many other dignitaries were present. It is noteworthy that on that day alone more than 500 people came from various parts of Tamil Nadu and benefited from THE PANCHABOODHA TREATMENT.
On 28-3-2012, a press conference was held at Salem, to demonstrate the effects of the Panchaboodha treatment on Diabetes mellitus patients, in the presence of journalists and public under the leadership of Gurubiran Gnanaparanjothi Swamy. Free Panchaboodha Medical camp was held on 17.11.2013 for the workers of the Thermal Power Station, Mettur Dam, in Salem District. Natarajan, SE / MECHANICAL, Er. R.Ethiraj, SE / O, Er.S.Selvaraj, SE / ELECTICAL were present. More than 350 employees of this plant were benefited. Following this on request of the Chief Engineer Er. V. Jayapal, two more medical camps were conducted and through these camps more than 1000 people were benefited by THE PANCHABOODHA TREATMENT.
On the occasion of Gurubiran Gnanaparanjothi's birthday, a panel discussion on the topic of Bhakthi or Meditation and free The Panchaboodha Treatment Camp was conducted on 27.10.2013 at Gujarat Samaj Kalyana Mandapam, Salem. One of the university professors who underwent THE PANCHABOODHA TREATMENT gave his Testimony over the Mike on the spot within 20 minutes of the treatment. He had been affected by viral fever and after fever diminished he had been suffering with soft joint pain and was on medical leave. For the male commando police personnel on security duty for VIPs around Tamil Nadu, A free Panchaboodha Medical Camp was held on behalf of A.G. Cosmic Clinic and Research Institute under the leadership of Assistant Superintendent of Police DSP.Ellango, on Saturday 14.10.2017 at the Ottivakkam Shooting Range of the Tamil Nadu State Police in Kanchipuram District. About 150 police officers have benefited from the Panchaboodha Medical Camp. To highlight the services rendered during the camp, the wrist and the hand was stiff for one of the beneficiaries who was always standing among first three Commandos during the rifle and pistol shooting competition, with great difficulties he was shooting. Within minutes INVENTOR Prof Dr. AATHI JOTHI BABU reduced the stiffness and made him shoot normally which would help him in his career.
Salem Press Club had organized a free Panchaboodha Medical Camp on Wednesday 25.10.2017 for all the journalists and their families. Of this more than 110 patients were benefited from Panchaboodha treatment. The Kundalini meditation classes for the press people was also conducted.

On Friday 29/12/2017 at 5.30 pm, free awareness and treatment camp was conducted to female Commando Police Officers from all over Tamil Nadu, at the Tamil Nadu Government Police Training Center, Marutham, Mettur. Awareness was given about how to cure diseases without drugs and treated the participants with Panchaboodha treatment for free. Through this 50 female commando officers have benefited from seeing Panchaboodha treatment. One participant who had chronic back pain got relieved immediately, likewise another candidate who couldn't run as before because of heaviness in the legs and less stamina and lung capacity was made to run as before. The complications were acute.
A free medical camp was held on Thursday 10.04.2018 on behalf of Lions club of fort St. George at Chennai on 10-04-2018, to give health benefits to their members through the Panchaboodha Treatment. G. Ramachandran. Thiru. Vijaya Baskar, Minister for Health, Govt.of Tamil Nadu visited the A. G. Cosmic clinic and Research Institute's stall, which was treating patients with The Panchaboodha Treatment. During his visit, INVENTOR Prof Dr. AATHI JOTHI BABU explained the Health Minister about his invention and THE PANCHABOODHA TREATMENT. The Health Minister also received the Tamil book written by INVENTOR Prof Dr. AATHI JOTHI BABU on his invention THE PANCHABOODHA TREATMENT. With keen interest, he was observed the benefits and advantages of the treatment.
The Chief Guest Mr. Paul Sathiyanesan, Former Mayor of U. K., who was born in Sri Lanka, visited the A. G. Cosmic clinic and Research Institute's stall and had keen interest in knowing about the treatment. He also took the treatment as he is a diabetic patient. Though he was a chronic patient his blood glucose level was reduced by 50 mg.

Free Panchaboodha Medical camp on behalf of South Indian Cine, Television Artists Union, Chennai was held on the Sunday 10.03.2019 at the ‘Dato’ Radha Ravi premises for the union members under the leadership of Union President ‘Dato’ Radha Ravi. More than 150 members of this medical camp have benefitted from The Panchaboodha Treatment. Union President Dato Radha Ravi presented certificates to the union memebers praising the change in their bodies through this medical camp.

On Wednesday 27/05/2020, INVENTOR Prof Dr. AATHI JOTHI BABU, gave an awareness speech about the corona virus, its effects and the methods to protect from it, through the Zoom app, to the members of Rotary Club of Salem Majestic. Based on the five elements (Panchaboodha), he also advised on the diet to lead healthy lifestyle.
Asia book of records and India book of records awarded INVENTOR Prof Dr. AATHI JOTHI BABU for creating awareness to develop immunity against viral infections especially the covid 19 through THE PANCHABOODHA TREATMENT. He has proved through his research that each one can develop immunity to prevent themselves from pandemics like Covid 19 virus. To create awareness among Indian and global human populations, he has written the Panchaboodha treatment notes and diagrams in 30 different Indian and global languages.
